All of these descriptions are pretty much the same thing….

You have a list of names and numbers to call and they are loaded in to the dialler. The dialler then calls through the list of names and numbers. When someone answers the phone, it connects them to an agent. It really is that simple.

No dial tone in the agents ear. The agent will only speak with live calls to maximise their time.

Each person will need a computer and a USB headset. All of the computers will then need to be connected to the internet.

The quality of the internet connection is critical. While the dialler will work in small numbers (6 or less) using an ADSL is not recommended. A leased line is always the best option and will ensure you get the best out of your investment in staff, data and the dialler.

This really depends on what needs setting up. Basic campaigns with management information, bespoke forms and call recording will need around 7-10 days. Without the bespoke forms we have been known to set up in less than 5 days.

You will most likely find any delays come from the installation of an internet connection.

The cost depends on how many agents you have and what package you are looking for. To give you an idea, if you had 20 agents and wanted an all inclusive package, the cost will be £1499.80 per month with no phone bill.

How does the dialler work with no phone bill?

We include all the calls you make to 01, 02 and 07 numbers in your monthly fee. So you will only receive one bill and can budget your business accordingly.

The dialler has plenty of tricks up its sleeve…

All calls can be recorded and played back at a later date. Calls can also be downloaded and emailed to a customer if need be.

It can also handle multiple inbound enquiries. We have developers who can create bespoke solutions for your IVR. An example of this would be taking payments via an IVR or a customer confirming information via their keypad.

The dialler will screen “pop” information which means any data you have can be displayed on screen for an incoming call.

Any forms your agents fill in day to day can be replicated on the dialler saving time by reducing duplication.

The regular user package £free

There is a minimum call spend of £30 per user, per month.


The 5 free SIP licences will be for the duration of the dialler being used. If you wish to continue the back office phones without the dialler, the trunks are charged at £6 per month.


The Power package includes all calls to 01, 02 and 07 numbers. It does not include premium rate or international calls.

The Power package is based on a 8 hour working day. Shift work or companies working longer than 8 hours would be charged bespoke rates.

The 10 free SIP licences will be for the duration of the dialler being used. If you wish to continue the back office phones without the dialler, the trunks are charged at £6 per month.

All platforms need at least 6 agents.

Standard support is Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm. Out of hours support is available generally at no extra cost.
