Our dialler is a cloud based predictive dialler
Being cloud based, it is quick to set up. All you need is a computer connected to the internet and a headset.
It is also fully supported and includes free training. You can take as much or as little of the responsibility for the dialler as you wish. Want to load your own data? Fine. Want us to load it for you? Also fine. We will work around your preferences.
It will integrate with back office platforms to spend up process and reduce duplication.
The dialler is used in hundreds of call centres ranging from 6 agents to just over 600. We have installed diallers in many countries around the world.
It is a fully blended dialler meaning it can handle inbound and outbound enquiries.
The dialler is very flexible. Our in house development team will do their very best to give you what you and your business needs
